09-10 Weds Night Rides

It's that time of year again, where training moves inside. We can meet at my house again this year. Weds at 6:30 starting the first Weds in Nov. I have enough room for about 4 trainers besides mine. I also picked up another Spinerval this year "Aerobase 1" a lighter and a little longer workout focusing on the Aerobic base. Come suffer together

I hope to get back into the groove! I can't come tomorrow but will try to plan for next wednesday. I am slow and out of shape but at least I won't be dropped!

I plan on attending regularly also. Scheduling will be a bit more convoluted this year as kids have activities on Wed nights.

You are all welcome when you can make it. Last night, got in twenty miles in just a bit over an hour. Working on building a base for next year starting with light intervals.

Tonight will be the last ride for Nov. I need to skip the Wed before Thanksgiving. But will have the ride again in Dec. I anticipate the Weds before Christmas will be an off night as well.
